In my last article, I told you about places to eat at low prices, but today, the price doesn’t matter anymore! You are going to discover the best burgers in Paris.

Originally, the hamburger is made of a Hamburg steak, a culinary specialty served in a brioche bun as a roborative dish for workers in German canteens. Nowadays, we usually eat a hamburger at the Macdo next door or at the Burger Kind across the street. Let’s stop the Mcdo and the Burger King and discover together the few Parisian restaurants.

Bistro Burger Montparnasse

Located in the 14th district of Paris, Bistro Burger offers home-made recipes. A succulent sesame bread. It is possible to have a bunless or meatless option and replace the steak with a veggie steak. Burgers are single, double or triple to satisfy all appetites, including the most robust ! 10 minutes away, from the Jardin du Luxembourg, you could admire the view on the Palace. A totally Parisian spot to enjoy a Burger worthy of the name.

Surrounded by picturesque walkways and bohemian cafés along the Canal Saint-Martin, the trendy restaurant Blossom Burgers & Beers has opened its doors in the 10th arrondissement. Blossom Burger offers 4 different burgers, fries and a selection of good beers. Very little choice, for an easier choice isn’t it?

  • A bun made with potato (the big trend, because it’s extremely soft),
  • Limousin beef,
  • cheddar
  • homemade pickles.

For the tasting under the Paris sky, head for the square Aristide-Cavaillé-Coll, at the foot of the church Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, which you can also prefer to walk up. Four hundred meters to cover in five minutes: the sandwich won’t have time to get cold. The good tip to avoid getting your shoes all wet? Hold the burger with the bulging side of the bun at the bottom: this way, you crush it slightly and limit the risk of an untimely fall.

The vegans are for you! If you are sensitive to good vegetarian food, you probably know the restaurant Hank, whose name means Have A Nice Karma. Hank has two 100% animal-free locations: one is dedicated to burgers, the other to pizzas. Hank offers a burger called “The Tourist” (€8.50). His recipe is not like the others: it changes according to the seasons and the desires.

And you, have you ever tasted a vegan burger? Would you like the tourist burger?
